The Custom Office module for Sage MAS 90 and 200 allows you to change the appearance of a window or default field values, which can increase productivity by improving data entry speed and accuracy. You can also expand base functionality by adding buttons that launch specific tasks by using Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) scripts to launch Microsoft Word and automatically produces letters that include customer name, address and past due balance data. The robust design of this module also provides for the ability to create user-defined fields (UDFs) and add them to customized panels. UDFs allow you to track additional data that is not provided by standard window panels. The module can also be used to create user-defined tables (UDTs) to include data that are not provided by standard tables. UDTs can be used as validation lists for UDFs.
